1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

"fbk48" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us"	The fbk48 online casino and sports betting platform, operated at https://fbk48.com, including all associated games, services, payment systems, and customer support functions.
"Player" / "User" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fbk48 platform in any capacity, whether or not a wager is placed.
"Account"	The personal account registered by a Player on the fbk48 platform, through which that Player accesses all platform features, deposits funds, and places wagers.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any sum of real money staked by a Player on a casino game outcome, sports event outcome, or other wagerable market offered on the fbk48 platform.
"Balance"	The total of real-money funds held in a Player's fbk48 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts awarded to a Player by fbk48, which are subject to separate Wagering Requirements and are distinct from real-money Balance .
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable real-money Balance. Specific multipliers are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process fbk48 applies to Player accounts, including NID (National Identity Document) review, address confirmation, and payment method verification, required before the first withdrawal is processed.
"Restricted Person"	Any individual who is under 18 years of age, is self-excluded from the fbk48 platform, or is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account under these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the fbk48 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account, deposit funds, or place any wager on fbk48. By completing the registration process, you explicitly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. fbk48 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times during your use of the fbk48 platform:

• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the fbk48 platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity as a matched bettor, advantage player, or arbitrage bettor with the systematic intent to exploit promotional offers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

fbk48 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a Player is reasonably suspected of being under 18 years of age, their Account will be suspended pending verification. If verification confirms the Player is under 18, the Account will be permanently closed, any deposits will be returned, and all winnings will be forfeited without exception. This applies regardless of whether KYC has been previously completed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of fbk48 services — including casino games, sports betting markets, and BDT deposit and withdrawal functions — you must register a single Account on the fbk48 platform. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the fbk48 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. fbk48 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts belonging to that Player will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and withdrawals of funds obtained through the use of multiple Accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your NID, or a payment method that does not belong to you — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. fbk48 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify fbk48 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. fbk48 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fbk48 supports BDT-denominated deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and banking partners. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fees are charged by fbk48 on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently accepted at fbk48:

• bKash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — deposit and withdrawal
• Upay — deposit and withdrawal
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — bank transfer deposit and withdrawal

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount at fbk48 is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits for each payment method are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by fbk48 in the order they are received. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. fbk48 does not apply processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal to Verified Payment Method Only

For fraud prevention purposes, fbk48 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fbk48 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds awarded by fbk48 are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered the required number of times within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who hold a single verified Account in good standing. fbk48 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is reasonable evidence that the Player has:

• Created multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Used promotional offers in a manner that fbk48 determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion;
• Provided false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaged in coordinated bonus abuse in conjunction with other Players.

5.3 Promotional Changes

fbk48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and begun meeting its conditions, fbk48 will honour the bonus on a pro-rated basis reflecting progress made prior to withdrawal, at its reasonable discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on fbk48 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant game information pages of this site. By placing a wager on any game or market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Certified RNG Technology

All casino game outcomes on fbk48 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by fbk48's certified game partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. fbk48 does not interfere with game outcomes in any manner.

6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of a wager, fbk48 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings arising from a clear technical error or manifest malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. fbk48 will not be liable for losses arising from any technical malfunction outside of its reasonable control, including disruptions to mobile network connectivity (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel) or internet service.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are offered subject to the availability of the relevant event and fbk48's market pricing at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked at the accepted value. fbk48 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or materially altered from the conditions under which betting was offered.

6.4 Collusion and Cheating

Any attempt to collude with other Players, use software tools to gain an unfair advantage, exploit game vulnerabilities, or manipulate game or market outcomes constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. fbk48 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspected collusion. Players found to have engaged in any such conduct will have their Accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7. User Obligations

By using the fbk48 platform, you agree to the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• You will use the fbk48 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, professional, or institutional gambling purpose without express written consent from fbk48.
• You will not attempt to access the fbk48 platform using automated scripts, bots, data-mining tools, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for human end-users.
• You will not engage in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the fbk48 platform. All funds deposited into your Account must be from legitimate sources that belong to you.
• You will not share your Account login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• You will not post, transmit, or communicate any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content via any fbk48 communication channel, including customer support.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the fbk48 platform.
• You will use the Responsible Gaming tools available on fbk48 — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if your gambling activity is causing financial or personal harm.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by fbk48

fbk48 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Detection of duplicate Accounts held by the same individual;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information;
• Detection of underage gambling — the Account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward fbk48 staff or other Players.

Where an Account is closed by fbk48 for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to any outstanding withdrawal processing requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting fbk48 customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, fbk48 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use fbk48's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion results in the permanent closure of your fbk48 Account and prevents you from re-registering for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fbk48 platform should be directed in the first instance to fbk48 customer support at [email protected]. fbk48 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, fbk48 will engage in good-faith mediation with the Player before any further escalation.

fbk48 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on this page at the time you use the platform constitutes the operative version governing your use. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the fbk48 platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
